Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At House of Sikku, we aim to give you a smooth shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or size exchange under the conditions below.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are not credited to your bank. Instead, you’ll receive a House of Sikku's Store Credit equal to the value of the returned item(s).

  • Store Credit are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Expired Credits will not be reissued.

  • Store Credit can be used for any purchase on our website.

Exchange Policy

  • We only offer size exchanges, subject to availability.

  • If your required size is not available, you may return the product and use the Store Credit to shop for another item.

  • Exchanges for a different product are not available directly. You must return and then repurchase using the Store Credit.

Refund Policy

At House of Sikku, we do not offer bank refunds for returned items. Instead, all eligible returns are refunded in the form of a Store Credit.

  • The Store Credit is equal to the value of the returned product(s).

  • It can be used to shop for anything on our website.

  • Store Credit are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

  • Once expired, Store Credits will not be reissued or extended.

  • Cash On Delivery (COD): COD Charges or COD shipping charges are not eligible for refund.

This policy ensures a smooth and flexible shopping experience, allowing you to select your desired product anytime within the validity period.

Guidelines for a Valid Return

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.

  • Request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your delivery address (if serviceable). In case your pin code is not serviceable, you may self-ship the product and we will reimburse courier charges up to ₹100.

Important Notes

  • Wrong product handover during pickup will not be our responsibility.

  • If the returned product does not pass our quality check, it will be sent back to you and no Gift Card will be issued.

  • Pickup will be attempted up to three times. If unsuccessful, the request will be cancelled.
